Q.What is the difference between frequencies used on
the different systems?
A.The lower the frequency the cheaper to produce - in
most cases the lower frequency products satisfy the system
requirements with approximately a 300% margin regarding
'line-of-site' distance covered - refer to
Professional & Pilot Series.
However HME/UniPage produce equipment ranging from low (VHF) to
high (UHF) ensuring you pay only for the suitable solution
required for your venue.
Some manufacturers will not bear the cost of equipping
production facilities for multiple designs and frequency ranges
- don't be fooled by hype regarding 'we sell one frequency
because it is the best' - it's your money make sure it is used
properly!
