Due to the current uncertainty regarding the evolution of tariffs between Australia and the USA, we are experiencing some issues with U.S. customers who either do not understand or are unwilling to accept how these tariffs work. These customers often refuse to pay the applicable U.S. customs charges and instead choose to reverse the payment via PayPal or credit card, resulting in the shipment being abandoned at customs. This causes us considerable work and significant expenses to recover the goods.
